Angola participates in ECCAS Peace Council

According to a note from the National Defence Ministry, which reached ANGOP last Friday, the gathering, set to happen on 3-4 March, was preceded by a session of Central Africa’s Defence and Security Commission, which was attended by the armed forces staff chiefs of the respective countries of this region.
The Angolan delegation also comprises the Foreign Ministry’s secretary of State, Tete António, director for Africa and the Middle East, ambassador Joaquim do Espírito Santo, officer-generals and senior staffs from the National Defence Ministry.
